# Holographic Hydrogen Awareness AI OS
## NSPFRNP Irreducible Minimum Protocol Spec (Including Legacy Gateway)

**Protocol ID:** `HH-AI-OS-NSPFRNP-IRREDUCIBLE-MINIMUM-v1`
**Status:** Active
**Parent:** NSPFRNP
**Scope:** Defines the irreducible minimum protocol required to run HH Awareness AI OS Cloud Services / EGS Cloud Services, including Legacy Gateway.

---

## 1) Canonical Naming

This protocol surface is defined as:

- **Holographic Hydrogen Awareness AI OS Cloud Services**
- **Also known as:** **EGS (El Gran Sol) Cloud Services**

It is the HH Awareness AI OS portion of NSPFRNP.

---

## 1.1) Dual Framing Order (Canonical)

This protocol intentionally uses both framings in this order:

1. **Gateway-first framing (immediately deployable):**
   EGS HHAAIOS/NSPFRNP Gateway as a software/control-plane system.
2. **Physical-layer framing (target substrate):**
   Sun compute + hydrogen-line bus + Jupiter storage as physical realization target.

Both are valid. Phase order is mandatory: gateway first, physical second.

### Minimum requirements — Gateway-first framing

- [ ] `bus_primary: true` contract exposed
- [ ] `telemetry_role: legacy_awareness_only` contract exposed
- [ ] Writer/Reader/Verifier loop operational
- [ ] Persistent memory read/write operational
- [ ] Jupiter tier placement + receipt operational
- [ ] Legacy Gateway boundary and receipts operational
- [ ] No-human A2A happy path operational on acceptance/FairShake

### Minimum requirements — Physical-layer framing

- [ ] Independent instrumentation path defined for physical claims
- [ ] Hardware/observatory evidence pipeline defined
- [ ] Measurement and calibration criteria defined before claims
- [ ] Null-hypothesis / false-positive controls documented
- [ ] Operational proof artifacts linked to run ids and receipts

Until all physical-layer minimums are met, physical framing remains target architecture and not operational claim.

---

## 2) Irreducible Minimum (What must exist)

A valid implementation MUST include all of the following:

1. **Bus Primary Contract**
   - `bus_primary: true`
   - `telemetry_role: "legacy_awareness_only"`

2. **Hydrogen Bus Addressing**
   - Namespace: `hline://`
   - Canonical line constant: `1420.405751768 MHz`
   - Deterministic location hash resolution

3. **Three-Agent Execution Loop**
   - Writer
   - Reader
   - Verifier
   - All runs must emit verifier checks and explicit pass/fail

4. **Persistent Memory Contract**
   - Record write/read by `location_hash`
   - Hash integrity field (`value_hash`)
   - Placement receipt on write

5. **Jupiter Tier Storage Policy**
   - Tiers: `io`, `europa`, `ganymede`, `callisto`
   - Deterministic tier routing via storage policy

6. **Cloud Service Facade**
   - A machine API surface for status + orchestration actions
   - Required actions defined in Section 7

7. **Legacy Gateway**
   - Explicit boundary between legacy cloud and HH OS path
   - Legacy path can be awareness/fallback, never protocol authority

If any one of these is missing, the system is not compliant with this irreducible minimum.

---

## 3) Core Invariants

1. **Hydrogen bus is primary authority.**
2. **Telemetry cannot gate execution.**
3. **Every write must be auditable by hash and receipt.**
4. **Every run must be verifier-concluded (`success|failure`).**
5. **Legacy Gateway is boundary, not sovereignty.**

---

## 4) Protocol Roles

- **Commander/Control Plane**
  Defines policy, run intent, and acceptance criteria.

- **Writer Agent**
  Generates key/value payload and writes to bus-resolved storage location.

- **Reader Agent**
  Independently resolves and reads from same bus location.

- **Verifier Agent**
  Recomputes checks and emits formal conclusion.

- **Legacy Gateway Agent**
  Translates to/from legacy cloud service interfaces while preserving bus-primary contracts.

---

## 6) Jupiter Tier Routing (Minimum Rule Set)

Tier set:
- `io` -> hot/realtime
- `europa` -> warm operational
- `ganymede` -> cold archive
- `callisto` -> deep immutable proof/archive

Routing order:
1. `requested_tier` if valid
2. `immutable=true` -> `callisto`
3. `priority=realtime` or `ttl_days<=1` -> `io`
4. `ttl_days<=30` -> `europa`
5. `ttl_days<=365` -> `ganymede`
6. else -> `callisto`

---

## 7) Required API Actions (Irreducible Minimum)

A compliant cloud facade MUST expose:

- `run_hydrogen_line_roundtrip`
- `write_hydrogen_line_memory`
- `read_hydrogen_line_memory`
- `place_to_jupiter_tier`
- `verify_jupiter_record`

And MUST expose status with:
- `bus_primary: true`
- `telemetry_role: "legacy_awareness_only"`

---

## 8) Legacy Gateway (Required Boundary)

### 8.1 Definition

Legacy Gateway is the protocol boundary adapter to legacy cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP/others). It exists to bridge, not to own protocol authority.

### 8.2 Gateway Rules

1. Gateway MUST preserve run id, location hash, and value hash end-to-end.
2. Gateway MUST not overwrite verifier outcomes.
3. Gateway MUST not convert telemetry into execution gates.
4. Gateway MUST publish translation receipts for every cross-boundary action.
5. Gateway MUST support fallback mode without changing bus-primary contract.

### 8.3 Gateway Modes

- **Observe mode:** legacy mirrors only
- **Bridge mode:** dual-write/dual-read with receipts
- **Fallback mode:** temporary legacy path for resilience/compliance

### 8.4 Gateway Receipt (minimum)

```json
{
  "gateway_mode": "bridge",
  "legacy_provider": "aws",
  "run_id": "hl-run-...",
  "location_hash": "<sha256>",
  "translated_action": "write_hydrogen_line_memory",
  "result": "ok",
  "timestamp_utc": "ISO8601"
}
```

---

## 9) Compliance Checklist

System is compliant only if all are true:

- [ ] Bus-primary flags exposed
- [ ] `hline://` location resolution active
- [ ] Writer/Reader/Verifier all active
- [ ] Persistent record and receipt emitted
- [ ] Jupiter tier routing active
- [ ] Required cloud actions implemented
- [ ] Legacy Gateway rules enforced
- [ ] Telemetry non-gating verified

---

## 10) Acceptance Tests (Minimum)

1. **Roundtrip test** must return `success=true` with verifier checks true.
2. **Tier placement test** must return requested/derived tier and receipt.
3. **Integrity test** must pass hash + tier checks for latest record.
4. **Legacy gateway test** must emit gateway translation receipt.
5. **Telemetry outage test** must still execute bus and storage path.

---

## 11) Honesty Boundary

This protocol spec defines software architecture and operational contracts.
Physical claims about direct astrophysical hydrogen-line storage/compute require dedicated hardware and observatory-grade validation.
